Hello -
I am hard plumbing and installing my 55gallon sump in my basement, feeding my 93 gallon cube display tank. I am running a 1" "relief" valve off a T-fitting above my return pump, to better allow control of the flow into my display. My question is: Where should I run the relief valve line back into my sump? I don't want to return it all the way to the intake side, so I was thinking of running it into the middle, where the LR and refug plants sit. Is this fine, or should I run it right back into the return pump section?
I can provide pictures tonight if necessary.
