cycling test

does this test look right to anybody?? should my ammonia be done after nitrite get that high also not sure if you can see in the picture but my nitrate looks to be about 5.0ppm


been cycling for about 2-3 week
150 gallon
70 pounds of live sand
140 pounds base rock 20 pounds live rock and one lil damsel

any help thank you
