Tank Lighting

I have a 90 gallon tank (45x18x28D rough measurments) that will eventually have coral, mostly soft, and a few fish. I'm one week into the cycle and my 48" Odyssea T5 blew a ballast yesterday. I found how to replace the ballast but it seems like for a little extra money I can get a whole new setup. The fixture is used is it worth the money to repair or should i replace?

I ask about replace because i have an LED setup on my 65 gallon fresh water and we love those lights. And in my mind this is the opportunity to buy some for this tank but I'm not 100% sure they will support the marine life.

Thanks in advance for the input.
