Dwarf Seahorses (ADVICE NEEDED)

I have a few question and need some advice...
I set up a 2.5gal square tank with a sponge filter, few fake plants, light, thermometer, and that's it. Very basic. It's at 72-74 degrees so I took out the heater. Anything I am missing from the tank?
I have a question. I bought store bought salt water, in a box. It says you can fill the whole tank with it and then add fish. no cycling? I used test strips and everything seems to be good.

Now for the brine shrimp.... I thought it was going to be simple but now I am getting very, very confused. I'm not worried about the commitment of feeding live everyday or the time it takes, I just can't figure out the whole process now... Hatching, decapitating, enriching???

Can someone tell me EVERYTHING I need for this process. I want to order everything now, but I'm just not sure of everything I need. I tried to watch some youtube videos and found one where the brine shrimp were pre-decapitated and in a squirt bottle, put in a 2L hatcher, then drained into a shrimp net, and then placed directly into the tank for feeding, no enriching? Can someone dumb this down for me and tell me the whole process.... Thanks everyone so much in advance, super excited to get some dwarfs just a little confused..
