200 gallon stingray?

i just have cycled my 200 gallon tank. i have what i belive is a california round stingray. i belive but it doesnt have a stinger and everythig i have seen about the california round singray says it has a stinger. so it may be a cortez round im not sure. it looks just like the picture when you type in california round. is my 200 gallon tank big enough for him by himself? 6 feet long
