Water specs

Hi guys could someone tell me if these are correct as I am having trouble with cyano algae and phosphates for the past month.
Im currently using seachem phosbond and changing carbon once a week.
My salt is redsea coral pro sea salt.

Ammonia - 0
N02 - 0
N03 - 2
PH - 7.6
ALK & KH - 4.5meq 12.6dkh
Calcium - 600
Magnesium - 1600
P04 - 0.25
Salinity - 1.025

My tank only has a couple of corals in it at the moment as money is tight.
