I just have to say I am so glad I went ahead & bought this model instead of the other one I was considering. I paid $159.99 (Canadian) on sale today.
It's quieter than my Tetra Whisper filters upstairs in my FW tanks & honestly it's a very relaxing "white noise".
Hubby was impressed with ease of set up & how it seems to be working
I also the look above my tank is very unobtrusive & not obnoxious.
I originally didn't want to bother with a protein skimmer but when we saw this sale & knowing that I have a major surgery coming up we decided anything that can cut down on tank chores is a no brainer.
As it runs I'll update you on how it's working/ease of cleaning/ect!
