BILOXI, Miss. (AP) — It's time to deck the halls -- and the hulls. Boaters on the Mississippi Sound are decorating their water rides for Biloxi's Christmas on the Water boat parade. The event celebrates its 30th anniversary tomorrow evening. Parade chairman Rusty David tells the Sun Herald he expects more than 40 boats to be covered with Christmas lights and other holiday decorations. The boats will be judged on lights, theme, music and overall appearance.
