Led vs power compact

Hey guys today i bought the fluval sea led 2.0 for my 55 gallon reef tank. I had two power compacts 96 watt on before. Did i upgrade or downgrade? These lights are said to have good par valie at the top 6 to 10 inches what corals can i keep?
