Tiny jelly like balls in my tank?

I am pretty new to the saltwater world. I just noticed several tiny little jelly like "growths" in my filter box and behind my powerhead. They seem to be in areas the light does not reach. Can anyone tell me what they are? All water parameters seem to be order and nothing else seems out of the norm.
