Need Blue LED light recommendations?

I'm in the process of buying all the equipment for my new 180 Wall Build. I have three 250 Watt Metal Halides as my lights.



I don't want to run another ballast for T5's, so I was thinking of using a few LED light strips for some Actinic effects / moon light affects.



Could I just use a cheap BLUE LED strip since I'm not needing the wattage of Reef LEDS but just for the COLOR??????
