Can anyone "ID" this?

I got this frag at a LFS and was told it was from Australia I believe but without much other info I am not sure what I have. I am asking about the red "sponge" in the backround that is in focus. I did not have any better pictures at the time but figured that this one may be enough.



I know it can not touch air but outside of that I am uneducated on how to care for this. I am assuming there isnt much I have to do but would love to know for sure.



It seemed happy at the story and has been happy in my tank as well... Pretty neat looking piece and would love to learn more about it.
