Trying to get O. Clown to host

I picked up a pretty good sized torch last night and I really want my clowns to host it. or at least one. I've youtubed videos on how to get clowns to host and many of them but the torch, anemone, frogspawn in a container inside the tank and then place the clown in there. I just did this with my smallest clown. WOW WAS THAT HARD TO CATCH THE DUDE! He is freaking out trying to escape, hopefully it doesn't over stress him. I just really want one to host the torch. Is this a proper way to do this? I seems kinda stressful at least right now. I have also in the mean time spooked my other clown and chromis by trying to catch this their buddy.
