need help asap hooking up

This tank and equipment is all new to me. The owner wasn't even available for questions. Ever....



Anyway, here is the skimmer. No pump was attached but it was very dirty so I'm assuming the pump went out. And then I found a new pump in a box of junk that came with. I'm hoping it will work.



So not only do I need help hooking it up, but tuning as well. Please and thank you!
