green stars

I have a green star polyps and it has been in the tank for 3 weeks. It has a little bit of green on the tips but nothing to noticalbe. I am wondering what I need to do to have these guys turn florescent green.....





I am new to corals but I have experience with fish only tanks. Let me know if you need any information on the tank or anything else.
