Yellow Tang acting very strange! I am freaking out!! Please, help!

Hello to all,

I've had my yellow tang for a month now and he was very active until today. But in the past two evenings, he was performing like a strange dance routine, swilling with his head up, almost vertically and going almost up side down. I thought he is just enjoying himself. Not sure anymore if that's the case. I read online last night about this "dance routine" and people say it might be a bacteria bothering him. I have one 1 clown fish and one sleeper gold head goby. They are never agressive to one another. Nobody is bothering the tang. I have as well a cleaner shrimp.

Do you think that the shrimp will really help him if he has ich or something similar?

My parameters are:

SG 1,026

Temp 79 F

PH 8

ALK 6 dkh

Ca 600ppm

Mg 1120ppm

NO3 0

PO4 0

I know that Alk is very low and Ca very high. I need to change my Red Sea Salts with Instant Ocean, since they are less rich and in my case, I have only 5 corals and don't actually need all the Calcium.

What I see on my tang is like a white dust, but it might be from the white dust in my aquarium. It looks to my like the calcium too high creates this, it has been very high for months. Has it precipitated (snow in the water column)? I don't put anything in the tank other than food.

Help is highly appreciated!
