I purchased a piece of live rock from my local fish store because it had green star polyps on it. Now they looked to not be doing very good at all and i literally saw maybe 3-5 individuals on the rock. The rock was covered in red algae. I bought the rock anyways because i thought they would be able to make a recovery in my tank. Since i put the rock in my tank i have not seen a single gsp flower at all. About 2 weeks down the road and now i see TONS of tiny little hairs at about a millimeter length covering my WHOLE live rock. I have no clue what these are and would like if maybe i could get an id. Im going to post a link to a video im going to take of it since it wont let me post pics so please copy and past the link in your search bar or you might be able to click on it to view. Also, i know i have a couple small feather dusters on the rock but if you notice any other critters or anything else that is on the rock please inform me because i have no clue of what else is on it besides algae and a few feather dusters. Oh and i also have a very small bristleworm inside of live rock. Caught him sneaking out at night. Only about a quarter inch in length.
