Super Brand New Tank - Microooo Bubbles

Am a bit confused as to why there are quite a few micro bubbles on my tank wall.



Mind you that it's a brand new tank with sump and currently got salted RODI water. That's it, nothing else.



What might cause these micro bubbles? What is the most common reason why they exist?



They are quite tough too!!! Hard to burst!!!
