Shrimps always dying

Hi everyone! I have a 55 gallon tank. Levels are all decent. Getting there at least. Here is what I have in my tank:

Colony Polyp

Red Mushroom Coral

Xenia Coral

3 Peppermint Shrimp

Cleaner Shrimp

Arrow Crab

Emerald Crab

Blue Damselfish

2 Ocellaris Clownfish

Green spotted Pufferfish

Six Line Wrasse

~10 Hermit Crab

Fighting Conch

A few snails

Just added urchin when found cleaner dead

Just added Fire Shrimp when found cleaner dead



I got home and found that my cleaner shrimp was being eaten by my puffer. The cleaner shrimps tail was almost sliced in half. The shrimp didn't make it after I removed the puffer and was found being eaten by the arrow and emerald crab afterwards. When I buy peppermint shrimp, they are always killed. I have gone through 5 and have 1 alive. They also are found with their tails cut in half and the others eating them. What could be killing my shrimp in my tank?
