Sabae Questions

I was offered an excellent deal on a 40 gallon tank and was thinking of using it for a pair of clowns and an anemone (don't worry, rocks going it are from a tank that's been up for a year and I'll be letting it run for a while first - anemone's scare the crap out of me so there will be no rushing into this).

First question - my LFS has a beautiful sabae, about 6 inches if not more, but it's pure white with purple tips. I've read conflicting information on whether or not this is natural in sabae's or if it's very bleached.

Second question - what lighting would you recommend for this venture? Sorry, I don't have the exact measurements for the tank. It's a cube, if that helps. The only thing it the tank will be the nem and two clowns.

Third, and last (for now) question - Live Aquaria says the addition of a clownfish will help the sabae acclimate better. Does it make a difference who goes in first or should they go in at the same time?
