Refugium Light

Hi all,



I have a 110g reef tank about 4 years old that is doing well.



I was on vacation on my refugium light burned out. It was off for a total of about 7 days.



In the refugium is live rock, established sand, chaeto.



The display tank has gotten really cloudy. I am sure that items in the refugium are dying, but the chaeto doesn't look too bad. What would you do? Remove any obviously dead stuff and wait it out?
