I just got in my red sea Cal, Mag, Alk test kit and ran a test.
Calc - 410
Mag - 1240
Alk - 11.2-11.5
My Alk is really high, right? How do I fix this to get the desired 8-9?
i'm using RO/DI water and Instant Ocean salt. I will soon be doing the switch the Kent Reef Salt. I run carbon media in my sump (don't know if that does anything to Alk).
