How often do you clean?

I have a 22 gallon salt water tank with about 30 lbs of dry rock and a chunk of live rock. One piece. I have a misbar clownfish, two hermit's a turbo snail, and a bumblebee snail. How oftne should I clean it? And how? And water changes? thank you :)
