BB CUC and stocking order??

Ok this marks week 4 of my tank up and running. Tank parameters are great, ammonia, nitrite, and phosphates at 0, nitrates are at 10-20.

On 09/08/14 I added a royal gramma and tested the water during this time and saw no ammonia or nitrite increase. I am sucking out detritus from my sump and bottom of tank with a turkey baster and doing a weekly 10% WC. RG is doing really well, eating great and has decided to live by the overflow box.

On 09/18/14, I have one black and one orange ocellaris reserved for pick up at my LFS. I've been observing them and they look good. Plan on putting both clowns in an OT tank for a few days to make sure they are ok. Recently visited a different LFS and saw one clown with a white head (brook starting I'm guessing) and a damsel (don't want one) with white scales all over the one side. Poor fish.

My QUESTION is I don't have a stocking plan as I am leaning towards having fewer fish and more zoas. I fell in love with Zoas and love the look of a tank full of them. I have noticed that all the fish I want are pretty much listed as "semi-aggresive" according to live aquaria. That being said, is there really a good order to add all "semi-aggressive" fish? I've kinda committed myself by putting the RG in first.

Also the LFS has an electric blue hermit crab I want to get. My tank is BB and not a lot of algae. Do these guys really survive on just detritus and stuff on the rocks or do they need food? Thanks!
