Please help! I have searched through hundreds of threads, but cant find one that matches my drain setup... most have the corner overflow or drilled in bottom. How do I convert this type of overflow to durso (or whatever will make it quietest)? I have a single drain, 1" on the back of the tank, bulkhead is glued to a elbow and then runs straight down to the sump, here's a drawing:

The closest I have found is this reverse durso:

Will it work without the inside 90 pointing down? I can't add a 90 inside my overflow as there's no room to work (the tank frame cross bars goes right over my overflow, I can barely get two fingers in on the sides of it). If so, how would I add the T to my existing setup? The 90 is glued straight to the bulkhead, would it still work if I cut the pipe below the 90 and add a T there? Something like this:
