I'm about to take my 165g down and remove every single dreaded nudibranch eating Aiptasia in my tank. Started with 1, multiplied to 20 or so when I tried to kill it with lemon juice (even removed the rock and cut a chunk out of it to remove the base after injection). Figured I had it kicked but a month later they were popping up all over. Round 2 just made it worse now I have over 100+. Bought 25 nudibranch and literally watched the aiptasia eat 3, that's when I decided a whole tank tear down is in order.
I want to replace my overflow that isn't faring well. Previous owner removed the OEM one, and since silicone don't mesh well with acrylic, it's pretty much a useless detritus trap. I've seen the overflow boxes for sale now I can't find them for the life of me. Hoping for an acrylic that you can glue to the tank not a HOB. TIA!
