what canera should i get for coral pics??

so I take pics with my phone now because I broke my camera unfortunately and I want to get something that will take good pics of my tank and also of my birds I take a bazillion photos of my tank and its inhabitants and of my many parrots outside but I want something that will take better pics! Something under $200 that works decent my phone just isn't cutting it for coral pictures :/ id love something good for underwater pics I go to the lake a lot and I go to the ocean sometimes also what camera would you guys suggest???
