Vacation! Scuba diving in Florida?

My spring school semester is finally coming to an end (tonight I have two final exams then I'm done!) So we are flying to Florida tomorrow, and spending 9 days down there. At least two or three days I'd like to spend scuba diving (we'll see how quickly the wife gets sick of diving...) but my problem is that I really don't know where to even start... I've dove Crystal River and King's Cavern before, and we went out of Sarasota/Tampa area before, and did a shark tooth dive (which we didn't find any shark teeth because the dive masters really didn't give instructions on how to find them, so being our first attempt we were just picking through the sand with our hands rather than taking paddles and stuff with us) out of Venice Beach.



Any divers down there with recommendations for where to go? My dive shop always goes out with Jim Abernathy out of West Palm Beach, so we might head down that way for a day or two, but we're staying with family in Lakeland for the most part, will be around Orlando visiting family, and will go up to Ocala one day to visit my work's sister company (had interviewed to transfer there but one of the other guys who had been here longer got the job, so going to check it out and check out the area to see if I'm interested in postings that will be coming out later this summer).



I'm looking to hit some nice reefs, but I enjoy wrecks too. I need to try out my new GoPro camera =)
