Super aggressive clown pair

So I have a 90g set up and when I attempted to add a Mccosker's flasher wrasse they flipped out and relentlessly attacked him. They've shown aggression towards new additions in the past when they were in my 20g tank but it was never this bad. I was hoping that would change with their new bigger home but apparently I was wrong. They relentlessly attacked him and shredded his fins quite badly so now they are in time out in my refugium until I can come up with a different plan of action.
