Skunk cleaner shrimp killing my snails!!!

As per title my skunk cleaner is killing and eating my baby stomatella snails. is this normal? had insane amount of small stomatellas and my cleaner killed and eat them all (have seen her doing it few time)

is there a way to stop it?
