Setting up a 110, need some info.

Hi everyone. Recently I picked up an Oceanic 110 Dual overflow(60x18x22). All I got was tank, stand, 2 sumps the guy had laying around and the plumbing for the overflows. So I want to take my time and do the plumbing to the sump and make it look good and easy to maintain.



Plumbing do's and dont's. I know having unions is good, 90's are bad. What else?



I need a return pump. I dont know what size I need, because Im unsure how much gph my overflows allow. The plumbing for the overflows are Durso design. If anyone can give me an idea of how much flow I get from my Overflows are and what size/brand pump I should be looking for.



Next thing, Heaters. How big and how many?



Skimmer, what happens if you use a smaller rated skimmer for the tank you have?



I have an idea for the 2 sumps. But I need to look at that and see if it would work. I'll come back with that idea later and see what you guys think.
