I have a situation where I need some suggestions. I am putting together a 90 gallon reef system but need suggestions with a sump size and protein skimmer. My stand size is 48 x 18 x 23.5 high. I would like to use a 30 long aquarium as my sump but it is 16.8" high and that would not give me a lot of room to get a skimmer out to clean it. One of my other choices would be to use a 20 long which will be smaller. I just saw online a protein skimmer from CAD Lights which is pipeless and completely comes apart. Does anyone have any information on this skimmer either good or bad. I saw a video online from "Mr. Saltwater"
who is endorsing this skimmer.
