Newbie first reef tank help with cycle

Hi iv had fowlr tanks for year but this is my first reef tank it's a Red Sea max 250. I set it up 10 days ago had very small ammonia reading on day 4. I haven't got any reading of nitrite but today iv got 10ppm of nitrate? Does this mean my tank is cycled?

Set up with live sand and mature live rock.
