Hello everyone, i got my 65 reef tank running I'm guessing its almost done cycling Im going to start adding few frags then fish. All the pluming, light and skimmer are online, reactors also, im just having a problem with my return pump its too loud and I think its Overpower for my system, its a iwaki 30RTL MD pump, Im thinking of adding a fluval SP 2 Pump at 950 GP I would have to reduce the 1" fittings to 3/4 and maybe just dial it back a bit, but it would be a lot quiet then what i have. What do you guys think about Fluval SP 2 pump is this too overkill ? Also I heard Blueline 20 HD pumps are decent and quiet do you guys think its a better option ?:thumbup:
