Male Clownfish is aggressively nudging the Female

We recently purchased two clownfish from someone who has had them for a while. These two have been mates for 12 years with the same anemone and have bred several times. The female is very noticeably bigger than the male. We have had them about a week now. The last couple days the male has been pushing the female around. He swims up to her quickly and nudges the side of her or gets on top of her and pushes her down. She lets him without pushing back and sometimes she looks at him as if she is wondering why he is doping this. It seems like he doesn't want her to go very far from the anemone. Is this mating or breeding behavior? I read that the female does this to the male, but ours are doing the opposite. The male is not twitching. Or is the male being territorial and protective towards the female? They are in the same tank that they were in with the person before (we purchased the tank and the fish together) but the rock is positioned a little differently than before. The anemone is in the same place as it was before. There are two new fish...a clownfish (to mate with a third one that was already with the group we purchased) and a Sailfin Tang that we just introduced yesterday, after the clownfish behavior started. All fish get along great, no aggression from any of them towards each other. So, any thoughts on what is going on between these two clownfish? I am new to post here so I am not able to post links or images yet. There is a video on my YouTube of the clownfish doing this. Video named "Male clownfish pushing female around" under user name terrysue29.
