im in desprate need of advice for t5 lighting!!

First I would like to say hallo my name is Luca and I'm new here and 2 I would like to say thanks to everybody for helping me when I'm was research to set up my tank :)

I have a 56 gallon column tank 30"w x 18"D x 24" H with 2 30" t5 ho aquatic life fixuters that hold 24" bulbs (2 10000k and 2 420/460actinic) , my tank has been set up for 11 months now I used live sand and already cured live rock , when I first set it up now my question is this...

I have 3 bubble tip anemones and 2 occ clownfish, is my light good enough for my anemones ?* thank you
