I finally took the plunge! But I have a few concerns

A little backstory:

Basically, I've been wanting a saltwater aquarium for years, I joined the forum way back in 2007, but was unable to get a saltwater tank for various reasons until just recently. I happened to be on craigslist just looking around and happened to stumble upon a 30 gallon running saltwater tank complete with liverocks, fish, food, etc. The guy was downsizing, and gave me 2 tubs worth of food, salt, testing kits, you name it.

The problem I have is one of the fish he gave me is a huma huma triggerfish which I know has to be in a bigger tank, and is also very aggressive towards a wrasse which also came with the aquarium. I know the triggerfish is very aggressive towards a large variety of things including snails and crabs, which I eventually want/need to have in my tank (to help clean)

Anyone have any ideas on what to do with the fish? Ideally I would like to trade it, but at the end of the day I'd be willing to give it away to anyone that has a setup more appropriate for the fish. The sooner I can get him out of the tank the better so I can get my cleaning crew in.

Secondly, since I'm in a wheelchair, and the man I bought it from had this all in his attic, I had to send my Personal Care Attendant and sister to get the tank and rely on them to set it up properly. It'd be nice if anyone would be willing to come over and make sure everything is hooked up properly or if I would need anything else for my tank.
