health of my Turbo snail?

The past few days my Turbo snail has been sticking in one corner not moving much so I figure somethings up. I check all water parameters and everything is fine. Nothing new has been added or something done to tank. So today I go and look in the tank and its in its shell upside down periodically moving a little. I get home from work and there is a milky slime coming off him its kind of stringy. But, its still moving a bit. Is it dying? or something else going on. Thanks.
