did my clown leave his anemone

I bought a clownfish and anemone pair. the clown was 50 and the anemone was 120. they were hosted. I acclimated them for an hour and the clown still in the anemone. aftrer a minute he left his buddy and now its been overnight and hes sstill not going in his home. did I break these two apart? please help
