10g sump leaking help

My new DT is still in nitro cycle, so I was converting my 10G to a sump/fuge.

I'm horrible at cutting acrylic, there has been a lot of shaving, sanding, and hammering on my pieces post cut because they don't fit.

A week ago I had my sump good to go, found out I was using a kind of sealant that is bad for fish, so smacked out my baffles, scrubbed and scraped the inside of my tank for a couple days, went and got the right kind of sealant(non mold protectant but still type II((went to home depot and ace hardware, can't get type I OTS)), got my two "main baffles in" so each compartment at the ends of the tank both hold water fine. The on one side, lets say the left side I put in two more baffles to make a bubble trap, the small compartment that is the bubble trap won't hold water and leaks, and the main large compartment leaks as well. I can see a gap between the back wall and the floor of the tank in the middle compartment, and I can reseal it, and seal the bottom of the gap as well. The compartment in the bubble trap I can only get to from underneath.

It's possible that I scraped too much of the sealant that was holding the tank together and I made the gap, but because I suck at cutting acrylic I had to "tap" AKA lightly hammer some of the pieces into place. So I know the tank is extended outward slightly. It isn't a measurable amount(less than 1/64 an inch) but I'm not sure if I have compromised the integrity of the tank or not. I don't want to reseal my tank and install it under my DT to have the original seals break further down the line. And it isn't just the hassle of 10 gallons of water everywhere, The 10g won't go in to the cabinet upright, so if it leaks underneath the DT I just have to let it leak until its empty to remove it.

Is it salvageable?
