questions about my clown fish

ok, im new to the whole fish in a saltwater tank. i have had only live rock, corals, snails, crabs, and shrimp, and plant life. so i have a few questions about my clownfish i got last night. (i also got a fire goby which seems to be rally liking the new tank)

1. is it normal for it to stay in the corner by my heater and air cirulator? it's kinda acting as if it is using the heater and circulator as a host.

2. is it normal for clown fish to look like they are "gasping". like rapidly moving their mouths. i guess i have never really paid much attention to their mouths before

3. are clownfish known to hide? ever since last night, once my lights on my tank shut off, my fish took the advantage of exploring the other half of the tank and swimming through some of my plant life. after that it swam through my live rock and i have not seen it since. i'm not sure if he is hiding from my other fish ( fire goby) untill he gets used to the new enviroment he is in or what.

so if you might have any idea or answers please let me know.
