*Please Help* Nemergency

Attached a video - pls tell me that is not the infamous 'poison' everyone is always talking about that nems give off when they die is it... Cause i just got this guy, about the size of a diner plate - and he was in BAD SHAPE when i got him, however after bringing him home ht literally, over night, looked like a dif. nem all together - color changed and it fully opened up - let one of my clowns host in it - everything has been all good, until tonight i noticed it was puffed out in a weird kind of bulb & then it was constantly emitting this goo steadily for the past hour or so - Hope someone can give me a heads up - ive never had this kind of nem before but ive cared for many and never seen this. The tank is literally like hard to see through the past hour because this stuff is getting so thick in there - feel like i may have a mild heart attack setting in- Help me Please!! :D
