Nano lighting

I have a 16g saltwater tank. I currently have live rock, sand, crabs, and mussels. It finished cycling just a few weeks ago so, it's still getting established. I'm thinking about upgrading my lights to support soft corals. I've done a little research and I'm wondering if anyone has input on these T5's? Would this be sufficient?
