Help, starting a new FOWLR tank

Hi, recently I have decided to switch from a freshwater aquarium to a saltwater aquarium. I want to start a Fish Only With Live Rock tank, but I don't know what kind of equipment I'm going to need. I want to start it in my 30 gallon tank and I'm not looking to spend big bucks on it either.
