Got my Radion gen 3's, What % should I use after acclimation?

I had a 4 bulb T5 setup and started the acclimation at 40% and plan to ramp it up to 70%. The tank is 24inches deep and the lights will be approximately 10 inches off the surface of the water. The acclimation period I chose was 4 weeks. Thanks in advance!
