So I bought an orange plate about 2 weeks ago from the LFS. Doing great in the tank so I decided to feed it some mysis shrimp. This thing was a pig it consumed a lot more mysis than I thought it could. I dropped about 6 or 7 shrimp on it hoping a couple would make it to the mouth. It balled them all up and it's mouth just enveloped them all.
It was fun to watch and cool to see it inflate and "melt" afterwards, but now it's been closed up tight for almost 3 days now.
Is this normal? Did it eat itself to death?
