LARK promotion/ideas

I've been keeping reef tanks for over 15 years now and have watched LARK, and formerly, WWRC, go through several up and down cycles. Generally, newbies come in and want to learn about the hobby and senior members pass down corals and information, until a point comes where there are few new members and the meetings fade away as life gets busier. Eventually, a new group of beginner reef keepers come around and the process starts over again.

Anyone have any ideas on how to improve the club stability and promotion? I know a Facebook page was mentioned recently. My tank is in no condition for me to host a meeting at this point, but having regular meetings also help.
