Chloroquine Phosphate? Need to treat Marine Velvet.

I am having a bit of marine velvet going around my tank right now, and as a result I have searching for treatment options. In my search I stumbled upon what appears to be a very effective treatment called Chloroquine Phosphate. It seems to be very effective for ich, marine velvet, possibly brook, and a few other diseases that seem to plague hobbyists. I also know it's quite hard to get, and is usually a prescription. Besides this I don't know much. Most of my fish seem to have built immunity somehow to it, but I can't add any fish new. I just had a kole tang die, and my blue jaw triggerfish (who I've had for a couple years) seems to be taking the brunt of it now. He is still eating like a pig, and acts normal besides this, but you can see it on him. This worry's me as he's one of my favorites and I'll be super pissed if he dies. If I can get my hands on CP it seems like a good option since, it doesn't seem as hard on the fish as copper and such. If I can't find any, is there any other medication you recommend? Thanks :help:
