Are these Dinoflagellates?

hey guys... I'm about to clean my sump, but the last 2 days or so I got this golden brown "algae" on my sump walls, mostly in the ref chamber. Are they dinoflagellates? I don't think they could be diatoms because I have a 2 year old tank and run phosguard that takes out silicates. Could it be something else? I have zero in my DT, just in my sump. I run carbon just in case.

Ammonia:0 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 0 ppm
Phosphate: 0 ppm
Ca:450 ppm
Mg:1350 ppm
Alk: 9 dKh

like I said, I'm about to clean my sump and get rid of them but obviously I'm not going to get rid of them all and they might come back. So, what do you think?
