Grading Clownfish?

Hi all! does any one know what is meant my clownfish grading? i was speaking to a guy at my lfs about buyng a pair of picasso clowns and was told about the wide cost range due to their "grade" from C to A++ i was a tad confused about this so was wondering if anyone on here could help.
